12 MP USB3.0 INDUSTRIAL CAMERA
The PMSMS02C1201 is a compact USB3.0 color industrial camera providing 4000 × 3000 resolution at up to 35.9 fps. Its small 29 mm cubic housing, C-mount interface and open machine-vision compatibility make it suitable for inspection, positioning, OCR and automated imaging systems.
With a resolution of 4000 × 3000 pixels, the camera captures detailed color images for component inspection, printed-mark recognition, surface analysis and precision imaging.
The USB3.0 interface supports high-speed image transmission, while the built-in frame buffer helps maintain stable and reliable real-time data transfer.
The 29 × 29 × 29 mm housing weighs approximately 40 g, allowing the camera to be integrated into compact inspection stations, robotic systems and automated production equipment.
The camera supports both software and isolated hardware triggering. A dedicated strobe output enables synchronization with an external machine-vision light source.
The camera supports standard machine-vision protocols, helping system integrators connect it to commonly used inspection and image-processing software.

Measurement and positioning tasks when used with suitable optics, lighting and system calibration.
For reliable image quality, select a C-mount lens capable of resolving 12 MP across a 1/1.7-inch sensor. The final lens and lighting configuration should be selected according to field of view, working distance, target speed and the smallest feature that must be detected.
Yes. It supports software triggering and isolated hardware trigger input.
The camera uses a standard C-mount. A lens designed for a 1/1.7-inch sensor and 12 MP resolution is recommended.
It supports USB3 Vision and GenICam and is compatible with HALCON, LabVIEW and OpenCV.
It is powered through USB 5 V. Typical operating power is approximately 1.9 W.
The camera uses a rolling shutter. Target speed, exposure time and strobe synchronization should be evaluated before selection for high-speed motion.
