POMEAS PMS-CCU120P2ACSC is a 12.6MP color USB3.0 industrial area scan camera designed for machine vision inspection, positioning, measurement and automation applications. It features a 1.1-inch CMOS global shutter sensor, 4096 × 3072 resolution and a maximum frame rate of 31.9 fps.

1.1 Inch Large Format Sensor

The camera uses a 1.1-inch CMOS sensor with a 17.4 mm diagonal and 3.4 μm × 3.4 μm pixel size. The 4096 × 3072 resolution provides approximately 12.6 million pixels for detailed industrial imaging and precision inspection.

For full sensor coverage, a machine vision lens supporting a 1.1-inch or larger image format is recommended.

Global Shutter Imaging

The PMS-CCU120P2ACSC uses a global shutter CMOS sensor. All pixels are exposed simultaneously, helping reduce motion distortion when capturing moving objects.

This makes the camera suitable for conveyor inspection, robotic positioning, automated production lines and other applications where stable object geometry is important.

31.9 FPS Full Resolution Imaging

The camera delivers up to 31.9 fps at the full 4096 × 3072 resolution, providing a balance between high-resolution imaging and acquisition speed for industrial inspection systems.

High-Speed USB3.0 Interface

The USB3.0 interface supports communication speeds up to 440 MByte/s. A built-in 1 Gbit image buffer helps maintain stable image transmission during continuous acquisition.

Flexible Exposure and Trigger Control

The camera supports exposure times from 7 μs to 10 s and gain adjustment from 1× to 12×. Auto exposure, manual exposure and one-shot exposure modes are available.

Both hardware trigger and software trigger are supported, allowing the camera to synchronize with sensors, PLCs, motion controllers and industrial lighting systems.

USB3 Vision and GenICam Support

PMS-CCU120P2ACSC supports USB3 Vision and GenICam standards for convenient machine vision system integration.

Compatible software includes LabVIEW 2018, HALCON 2017, MV Viewer, MVS, eBUS and VM. The camera supports Windows and PC Linux operating systems.
