POMEAS SFS-D7045 is a high-precision spectral confocal displacement sensor with a 45 mm reference distance, ±3.5 mm measuring range, 140 nm repeatability and <±0.7 μm linearity error. The ±15.5° measuring angle adapts to curved and inclined surfaces; the Φ36×84.2 mm body weighing about 200 g is easy to mount and integrate.
