Compact vision-guided SCARA feeding system for fast, precise small-part feeding, sorting, orientation and tray loading in automated production lines.

The POMEAS SC Series is a compact vision-guided flexible feeding system designed for automatic feeding, recognition, sorting, orientation and tray loading of small precision parts.
It integrates a 2D industrial camera, four-axis SCARA robot, flexible vibration feeder, linear feeder, LED lighting, touchscreen computer and unified controller into one compact system.
The system can identify and handle parts with different shapes, sizes and materials, making it suitable for flexible automated production and frequent product changeovers.
The 2D industrial camera identifies the position and orientation of each part before sending the coordinates directly to the SCARA robot.
The four-axis SCARA robot provides precise and repeatable pick-and-place performance for small components.
The flexible vibration feeder can be used with different components without requiring a dedicated mechanical bowl feeder for every product.
Actual cycle time may vary depending on part shape, travel distance, feeder settings and application requirements.
Automatically recognize and separate different screws, pins, terminals and small electronic components before assembly.
Identify part position and orientation, then sort components into different locations or production stations.
Pick parts from a feeder or conveyor and place them in a consistent direction for the next manufacturing process.
Load small components into blister trays or customized fixtures with accurate positioning.
Integrate the system into production lines for feeding, orientation, transfer and assembly preparation.
Suitable for small components used in consumer electronics, communication products and precision manufacturing.
Flexible vibration feeders, linear feeders, grippers and customized fixtures are available according to the application. Explore more POMEAS machine vision and automation products .
The system can handle small parts with different shapes, sizes and materials, including screws, pins, terminals, electronic components and precision mechanical parts.
Yes. The vision system and flexible feeder can be reconfigured for different parts, helping reduce changeover time between products.
The vision system can recognize parts as small as approximately 2 mm, depending on the part shape, contrast and lighting conditions.
The camera positioning accuracy and robot repeatability are both up to ±0.05 mm under suitable operating conditions.
The typical cycle time is approximately 1.8–2.5 seconds per part, including vibration and image capture. Actual speed depends on the part and travel distance.
Yes. The system can recognize up to five different part types and sort them into different positions.
SC-1000 is the compact standard configuration, while SC-2000 supports a larger feeder and expanded system configuration for larger parts or higher-capacity applications.
Yes. The feeder size, robot reach, gripper, lighting and fixtures can be customized according to the part dimensions, weight and required process.
The input voltage and electrical configuration should be confirmed according to the customer’s installation site before ordering.
