- Automatic part recognition and positioning
- Supports multiple part shapes, sizes and materials
- Compact structure for limited installation spaces
- Fast product changeover with reusable feeder configurations
- Touchscreen operation for easy setup and control
- Suitable for feeding, sorting, orientation and tray loading
- Available in SC-1000 and SC-2000 configurations
Technical Highlights
High-Precision Vision Positioning
The 2D industrial camera identifies the position and orientation of each part before sending the coordinates directly to the SCARA robot.
- Minimum detectable part size: approximately 2 mm
- Camera positioning accuracy: ±0.05 mm
- Image processing time: approximately 200 ms
Fast and Stable Robot Handling
The four-axis SCARA robot provides precise and repeatable pick-and-place performance for small components.
- Robot repeatability: ±0.05 mm
- Maximum robot speed: 600 mm/s
- Maximum payload: 250 g
- Available robot reach: 200 mm or 230 mm
Flexible Part Feeding
The flexible vibration feeder can be used with different components without requiring a dedicated mechanical bowl feeder for every product.
- Supports recognition of up to 5 part types
- Small, medium and large feeder options
- Fast changeover for different components
- Typical cycle time: 1.8–2.5 seconds per part
Actual cycle time may vary depending on part shape, travel distance, feeder settings and application requirements.
Typical Applications
Electronic Component Feeding
Automatically recognize and separate different screws, pins, terminals and small electronic components before assembly.
Precision Part Sorting

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What types of parts can the system handle?
The system can handle small parts with different shapes, sizes and materials, including screws, pins, terminals, electronic components and precision mechanical parts.
2. Can one system handle different products?
Yes. The vision system and flexible feeder can be reconfigured for different parts, helping reduce changeover time between products.
3. What is the smallest detectable part size?
The vision system can recognize parts as small as approximately 2 mm, depending on the part shape, contrast and lighting conditions.
4. What is the positioning accuracy?
The camera positioning accuracy and robot repeatability are both up to ±0.05 mm under suitable operating conditions.
5. What is the typical production speed?
The typical cycle time is approximately 1.8–2.5 seconds per part, including vibration and image capture. Actual speed depends on the part and travel distance.
6. Can the system sort multiple part types?
Yes. The system can recognize up to five different part types and sort them into different positions.
7. What is the difference between SC-1000 and SC-2000?
SC-1000 is the compact standard configuration, while SC-2000 supports a larger feeder and expanded system configuration for larger parts or higher-capacity applications.
8. Can the gripper and feeder be customized?
Yes. The feeder size, robot reach, gripper, lighting and fixtures can be customized according to the part dimensions, weight and required process.
9. Is the system suitable for installation in the United States?
The input voltage and electrical configuration should be confirmed according to the customer’s installation site before ordering.
10. What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide:
- Part photos or drawings
- Part dimensions and weight
- Part material
- Required production cycle
- Feeding direction
- Target placement position
- Input voltage
