The PMS-LTC2-40C from POMEAS is a standard telecentric lens with built-in coaxial illumination path for high-precision dimensional measurement and visual inspection. With a resolution of 3 μm and NA 0.1, it keeps magnification constant across the field of view, so dimensions can be measured directly on the image. The built-in beamsplitter works with a coaxial light to evenly illuminate reflective surfaces. C-Mount mount, sensors up to 1/2".
